Model text determines the family first, with the ICAO code as a fallback. ANAC hours are grouped into the same families. The cross-source comparison is by family, not individual aircraft registration. Engine classes use each source’s own classification: engine type and count in CENIPA, and H1P, H1T and H2T in ANAC hours. Family rollups therefore do not exactly reproduce all engine-class totals. The 95% intervals use the Garwood Poisson method for counts. They are conditional on the statistical model and recorded hours; they do not include all uncertainty in estimated hours or differences between operators. #### What changes without estimated hours ANAC flags estimated or interpolated hours. They account for 10.8% of exposure in this analysis. Removing them while keeping every accident reduces the denominator and raises nonzero rates. The R44 changes from 14.75 to 17.28. Greater Rio is another geographic area. A state homicide rate cannot describe the likelihood of theft during a visit to a particular beach or restaurant. A local count also needs a time period and a clear definition. Zero recorded events in one category would not establish that other types of incident cannot occur. A single claim that an area is safe cannot answer all three. This guide does not rank restaurants by crime risk. It does not contain a dataset of incidents at dining venues or a measured comparison between neighbourhoods. Recommendations below are questions to check with the venue and your travel organiser, not findings from a restaurant safety study. #### Five useful questions for the reservation - Is this the restaurant’s official booking channel? Dividing those by 23 and 36, the facial-recognition inconsistency category, gives 2.57 and 2.58. This is a ratio between release categories, not a system-wide error rate. The facial-recognition inconsistency category rose from 23 to 36. The count alone does not establish whether algorithm accuracy improved or worsened; that comparison needs compatible exposure and evaluation criteria. #### The limit of the race records In Report 2, 592 of 1,198 arrest records have no race recorded. Of the 606 with a recorded category, 354 are preta or parda. That is 58.4% among completed records, not among everyone approached. If none of the 592 missing records were preta or parda, the share of all arrest records would be 29.5%. If all were, it would be 79.0%. These are mathematical bounds, not estimates of where the true value lies. Complete recording would still not settle a bias assessment by itself: comparable exposure and group-specific outcomes are also needed. #### Keep samples and periods separate A study from another period or based on news reports can inform the debate, but should not be presented as a measurement of this dataset.
