Can you help plan a private visit to Brazil?
Start with your interests, dates, preferred destinations and pace. Planning and concierge assistance is included within the agreed transport or protection engagement. The written proposal defines the included scope, hours, responsibilities and third-party costs.
Can you work with an itinerary or travel advisor we already have?
Bring your existing arrangements to the planning conversation. Confirm what is already booked, what support you need in Brazil and who is responsible for each part of the visit.
Is executive protection required for every visit?
Protection is scoped to your circumstances and preferences. A concierge inquiry does not automatically require a protection detail; agree the appropriate support in the proposal.
Are reservations and event access guaranteed?
Specific arrangements depend on supplier availability and confirmation. Requested experiences, third-party costs and confirmed bookings should be distinguished in the proposal.
How is pricing agreed?
Pricing is provided by written quote after scope, itinerary, availability, legal delivery requirements, taxes, and third-party costs are assessed.
Does contact availability mean resources are assigned around the clock?
Service hours and assigned-resource availability are confirmed in the written proposal. Contact channels and booked service coverage are different things.
