Time to unwind in Brazil

A comfortable base, fewer transitions and time to enjoy Brazil at your own pace.

Decide how you want the stay to feel

A retreat can mean a quiet base, a few days of leisure after a working visit or a family stay with fewer transitions. Decide what matters before choosing additional destinations.

One base or a combination?

A Rio base near Copacabana or Leme can keep leisure time in one city; Riotur’s beach guide is a starting point for comparing the setting. A second destination adds variety but also uses part of the stay. Keep it when that different experience matters more than another relaxed day at the first base.

Rio before or after work

Copacabana and Leme offer a concrete coastal setting to consider for a Rio leisure extension. Keep the first day flexible, then choose whether dining, culture or time by the sea should lead. A beach location alone does not establish the room, service or accessibility you want from a property.

Bahia: city and coast need separate choices

A Salvador visit can include the UNESCO-listed Historic Centre around Pelourinho before a separate coastal stay. Decide whether cultural time, coastal leisure or both fit the visit. Choosing Salvador does not settle the coastal base: compare the onward journey and property before adding it to the plan.

Stay preferences worth sharing

Explain room layout, accessibility, children’s needs, dietary preferences and how much service you want. Distinguish a requested amenity or wellness session from an included, confirmed arrangement.

From conversation to arrangements

Set the pace of the stay

Tell us how much unscheduled time you want, the places you are considering and any flights or accommodation already booked. Decide how much moving between bases suits the visit.

Compare the base and service style

Discuss room layout, meals, accessibility and the local arrangements you want. The proposal identifies the property-related responsibilities, reservation holder and payer, coordination and costs.

Confirm what the stay includes

Verify the property, requested amenities, meal arrangements and cancellation terms. A beach setting, wellness label or photograph does not establish the facilities or services included in your booking.

Before you plan

Can a leisure stay follow a work trip already booked?

Yes. Start with the confirmed arrival, departure and accommodation, then identify the time you want to keep for leisure. Agree the additional planning and local support separately from the work arrangements.

Does a retreat plan include every amenity shown by a property?

No. Confirm the room or property category, meals, amenities and any requested sessions with the provider. Published photographs and a property’s general description do not identify everything included in a particular reservation.

Does every visit include executive protection?

Protection needs are discussed according to your circumstances and preferences. An experience-planning conversation does not automatically require a protection detail.

How are accommodation and coordination costs separated?

The proposal identifies our scope and fees, the reservation holder and payer, property charges and any extra local arrangements. Check the property’s deposit and cancellation terms before confirming the stay.

When is a second base worth including?

Add a destination when the experience justifies the time spent changing bases. For rest or a short extension after work, one base can leave more room to enjoy the stay.
