The written proposal identifies included requests, service period and hours, responsible providers, our fees and third-party charges. Confirm the reservation holder, payer and approver for each arrangement; ongoing support is scoped rather than assumed to be unlimited.
Review availability, deposits and change or cancellation terms before committing. A requested table, activity or property service remains a request until the relevant provider confirms it. Changes that alter the scope or service hours need agreement.
Trip planning connects destinations, pace and arrangements across a visit. Lifestyle support starts with your base and calendar, focusing on the personal requests you want coordinated during an agreed period. A proposal can combine them where useful.
Yes. Bring the confirmed arrangements and identify the gaps. Agree the communication and approval responsibilities with your hotel, advisor or booking provider; existing reservations remain subject to their terms.
Discuss the period, likely requests and contact expectations. The written proposal defines service hours and what is included, with additional requests and changes agreed separately. There is no assumed unlimited or around-the-clock assignment.
Either you or Vanguard Attaché can hold and pay for agreed accommodation, activity and local transport bookings, as specified in the proposal. Confirm the booking holder, payer, supplier charges, our fees and cancellation terms for each arrangement before committing.
Protection is considered according to your circumstances and is separately scoped. Use the specialist assessment path when dedicated protection is needed; dining or personal planning does not automatically include it.
