Who We Are
The Vanguard Attaché Intelligence Team is a dedicated group of security analysts and intelligence professionals, and the leadership behind our operations brings 15+ years of combined protection experience. Every member brings operational field experience — not just academic knowledge — to the threat assessments, city safety guides, and security briefings we produce.
Our work is led by a São Paulo native, former LAPD officer, and U.S. Army Reserve CID/Protective Service Battalion veteran, and delivered with partner personnel who bring Brazilian military and federal law-enforcement backgrounds. We describe that background as a class: partner companies and public-force units are not named publicly, and every deployed agent's Polícia Federal credentials are verified before deployment.
We operate under the direct oversight of Arthur Harris, Vanguard Attaché founder, São Paulo native, former LAPD officer, and U.S. Army Reserve CID/Protective Service Battalion veteran, who set analytical standards derived from government-level intelligence protocols.
