Plan a Brasília visit: executive protection and transportation
For an executive assistant or corporate security lead arranging a Brasília visit, the starting point is the itinerary: who is traveling, which appointments are confirmed, and what help the visitor needs between them. A private protection booking and permission to enter a government building are separate arrangements. Put both into the brief before treating the day as confirmed.
What to put in the first brief
Begin with the dates, cities, party size, luggage needs and requested services. Distinguish confirmed appointments from provisional invitations. Agree a private channel before sharing accommodation details, appointment addresses or sensitive accessibility information.
Specify whether you are requesting transport, personal protection, or a coordinated combination. An executive car description does not establish a protective service, and a protection proposal does not establish a particular vehicle specification. Keep venue admission separate from protection
A meeting invitation is not evidence that a vehicle, accompanying specialist or equipment may enter the venue. Ask the host to confirm its current visitor process and what it requires from each attendee. Treat anything the host has not confirmed as unresolved, rather than assuming a security booking supplies clearance.

For a hypothetical visit with a morning meeting and an afternoon reception, make two entries in the brief: each host’s admission instructions, and the private services requested between the appointments. If the reception remains provisional, identify who will update the booking. This is a fictional planning example.
Compare responsibility and scope before price
One operator is answerable for the whole movement — vehicle, protection, accommodation and access are directed together, not assembled from separate vendors.

Request a quotation for the same itinerary and service period from each provider. A low headline amount is not a meaningful comparison when one proposal covers a single transfer and another covers the interval between appointments. Questions before confirming a Brasília visit
Does private protection guarantee government or diplomatic access?
No. Ask the venue or inviting organization to confirm admission directly. A private service proposal must not be read as a government affiliation, credential or access authorization.
Is an armored vehicle automatically included?
No vehicle specification should be assumed from the service name. If armor is part of the request, ask the provider to identify the offered vehicle and its applicable documentation in the proposal before accepting it.
Can the service start immediately?
