Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Carnival security and VIP services
When should I book Carnival security services?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 months in advance, as Carnival is Brazil's most popular event and our premium services are in high demand during this period.
What type of VIP access can you provide during Carnival?
Name the venues and dates when requesting a proposal. Any access arrangement depends on the venue’s conditions and availability. Confirm permissions and services in writing; do not assume admission, a VIP allocation or backstage access.
How do you handle security in crowded Carnival environments?
For a crowded Carnival visit, discuss your party size, venues and any protection requirement when requesting a proposal. Confirm the agreed services and responsibilities in writing rather than assuming that every Carnival booking includes crowd management or a protection team.
Can I get security services for multiple cities during Carnival?
Yes, we provide comprehensive coverage across Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, and São Paulo, with coordinated teams and seamless logistics between cities.
What luxury services are included with Carnival packages?
Carnival support can involve transportation, concierge arrangements and a separately agreed protection scope. Tell us your dates, city, party size and the services you need when requesting a proposal. Confirm each inclusion and its availability in writing. Venue admission and access conditions must be checked separately; this page does not confirm a booking or guarantee entry.
Do you provide services for corporate groups during Carnival?
Absolutely. We specialize in corporate group security, including executive protection, private event security, team building experiences, and comprehensive travel coordination.
How do you coordinate with Carnival event organizers?
We coordinate with major Carnival venues and event organizers for seamless integration and access; coordination with relevant authorities is scoped per engagement where required.
What happens if there's an emergency during Carnival?
Emergency arrangements depend on the agreed engagement. Before accepting a proposal, ask which responsibilities and support are included, and confirm them in writing. Do not assume that medical response or evacuation is included in a transport or concierge booking.
