Can my travel advisor or assistant coordinate the visit with you?
Yes. Start with the existing itinerary, the choices still open and the person authorized to approve them. Agree who on your side will be the planning contact and how proposed changes will be approved. Your advisor, assistant or family-office contact can join the planning conversation; the proposal sets out booking and payment responsibilities and identifies what Vanguard coordinates and what stays with you or your advisor.
Can I ask for help with a trip I have already planned?
Yes. Describe what is already booked and the arrangements you want help with. The conversation establishes what support can be proposed for your visit, subject to availability and written confirmation.
Does a request guarantee access or a reservation?
A request is not a confirmed booking. Check availability, admission conditions and the written confirmation for each arrangement before relying on it.
How should I compare concierge proposals?
Compare the transport or protection services, included concierge assistance, exclusions, third-party costs and confirmation process. Check service hours and change or cancellation terms before committing.
What service hours does a daily booking include?
Your written proposal specifies the agreed transport or protection service hours and the included concierge assistance. Confirm any overtime charges and how extensions are approved before committing. A daily booking covers the included hours stated in your proposal.
Who holds and pays for bookings?
For accommodation, activities and agreed local transport, both booking models are available, as agreed in the proposal: you or your advisor can book and pay suppliers directly, or Vanguard can arrange and pay for agreed bookings on your behalf. Before committing, confirm the booking holder, who pays whom, supplier charges, our agreed fees and the cancellation terms for each arrangement.
